Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions;
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
Analyzing costs and sales
Preparing reports for head office
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Developing strategy, tactics, (short & long) term sales plans and profit targets for two business units (Test & measurement - Industrial Business Units)
Developing relationships with clients, arranging products technical approvals.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
Selecting the most appropriate CRM, and customize it to company sales module.
Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
Maximizing new business development opportunities
Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Technical Sales and Service Engineer for Electrical, Electronic and power.
Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of service and repair contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies
Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company service and repair offerings
Close sufficient sales to exceed sales plan objectives
Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers and general contractors
Ability to build new business associations / relationships and grow the UPS System, Power Generators/Voltage Regulators /water treatment plant (reverse osmosis) contracts business.
Conducts presentations to large property management companies, professional business organizations, specific market segments (hospitals, hotels, residential & Real State Companies)
Generate leads for service and repair or equipment upgrades/modernization
