1) First Point of contact for all AML (Anti Money Laundering) queries.
2) Ensure all compliance cases raised by Audit/Compliance/QA/ARR are processed in a timely manner & proper due diligence on all assigned cases.

4) Attend to inbound & Making outbound phone calls regarding Cm & RM compliance issues & ensuring all queries are handled professionally.

6) Ensuring all Customers have profile in place. KYC (RTP/EDD/PFDD) wherever applicable.
7) Ensuring all AML queries are responded along with required documentation.
8) Proactive in assessing financial needs of customers.
9) Ensuring all Uncontactable Customers are sent out Un-Contactable letters as per process & account placed on WAU (Where Abouts Unknown).
10) Ensuring at all times that the deadlines are met & NO case ages beyond 55 days.
11) Ensuring all closure letters are as per compliance & followed through to ensure that the accounts were closed on the stipulated date.
