* Ensure the IMEA offices are strictly following the contract procedure in issuing the Certificate of Conformity according to the government/contract regulations.
* Re-verification of proper documents (proper documents uploaded in the system) for drafted CoCs which are requested to review/certify by the IMEA offices.
* To release/certify/review the corresponding CoCs if all the processes are done and followed properly and information entered in the SSP is in accordance with main shipment details.
* Issue certificates of conformity (CoC’s) based on business rules and conformity assessment instructions.
* Minimize the errors/reissuance and improve the quality of the CoC.
* Be knowledgeable about the internal/external program procedures.
* Work by the TÜV Rheinland code of conduct and business principles.
* Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.
* To make sure four eye principle is implemented.
* Technical review/approval of applications for issuance of Certificate of Conformity for the goods intends to export for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Kurdistan, review and approve for the inspection.
* Stay up-to-date with new regulations issued from Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Org. (SASO), Central Org. for Standardization and Quality Control (COSQC) and Kurdistan Standardization and Quality Control Administration (KSQCA), and maintains the awareness of the clients for any new regulations and standards.
* Technical review/approval of recertification documentation including planning forms and reports.
* Dealing with technical enquiries from inspector(s)/clients and respond to technical queries related to the Certification Process.
* Invoicing the closed cases and forward it to the finance department using the SAP.
Working as supervisor in National Industrial Company - Ceramic Plant on two sections, plus working on the spare part and electric drawings in my sections.
With responsibilty on about 50 employees in the two sections, and the quality of the product it self.
