Project Manager who work for a Project Management Company (Projacs International) which is responsible of Alesayi Hospitality Program (10 Hotels) with the Operator (ACCOR). My role is managing the team to supervise and monitor the contractors during the execution of 2 hotels at this program which are Makkah Ibis Style Hotel & Makkah Mercure Hotel.
Responsibilities:
• Manage staff in both projects.
• Representing the owner in monitoring progress and quality control as per the renovation contracts and proposes corrective action when necessary.
• Review, Ensure and Monitor Contractor’s Performance, quality and safety and that the work is in full compliance within the scope of work.
• Setting quality assurance measures for contractor.
• Reviews the Contractor’s performance for any deviation or inconsistency and proposes remedial action.
• Attend daily/weekly/monthly/extraordinary meetings with the client, operator, contractors and vendors.
• Ensures that the PMC and all other parties associated with the Project are fully updated of the current project scope of work, and are maintaining the scope throughout all actions.
• Liaise with PMO on any major design related matters - assess on a case-by-case basis those matters that can be dealt with on site and those that need to be referred back to PMO.

Project: Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refinery (Yasref)
YASREF is a full-conversion world class refinery that will be built to manage 400, 000 barrels per day. It is located in Yanbu Industrial City along the Red Sea, on the west coast of Saudi Arabia.
Site Area: 590, 000 m2
Buildings Package Construction Budget: 600 Million SR
Responsibilities:
• Manage staff (Architects, Material Specialists, and Procurement Team).
• Providing Interior Design Consulting Services to the Buildings Package as a Senior Interior Designer with Project Management responsibilities as one of The Project Management Team (PMT).
• Monitoring the contractor to get the job done as per scope on time.
• Providing new designs for some buildings like Auditorium, Executive and VIP Areas.
• Review and inspect the fit-out Contractor's work for areas under the scope of works to ensure that both the design intent and the quality are achieved in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
• Attend regular meetings scheduled and chaired by the Client/Project Manager/Contractor, to respond to queries, describe design intent, and to interpret the requirements of the Construction Documents and FF&E Specification.
• These meetings comprises:
Client meetings.
Coordination meeting with all consultants.
Contractor workshop/ meetings.
Site Visits, FF&E procurement meetings.
• Review and approval of Contractors' Shop Drawings.
• Review and timely response to Associate Architect 'Design Queries.
• Review and approve submittals including mock-up and samples.
• Review and approve quality of materials and workmanship in Mock-up Room.
• Liaise with Head Office on any major design related matters - assess on a case-by-case basis those matters that can be dealt with on site and those that need to be referred back to Head Office.
• Design development where necessary.
• Provide support and notes for inclusion in Associate Architects weekly report.
• Carry out site inspections (random selection of rooms/areas) monitor and report on progress of work and quality of workmanship and materials.
• Compile snagging list for areas within scope of work, and confirm that items are timely resolved in alignment with design intent.
• Provide supplementary ID design/detail information as required.
• Assist the Procuring Agent on FF+E matters.
• Provide design resolution for interior fit-out items where coordination is required between disciplines.

Admin Building 15, 000 SQM, Auditorium, Data Centre Building, Training Center, Medical Clinic, etc... .
High security Area buildings like;
