• To observe & report all surface preparation & painting related activities including environmental testing as per the project’s ITP.
• To carry out daily inspection activities (Sand quality / Paint mixing / Steel temperature / DFT..)
• To carry out material inspection as per project’s specifications. (Sand / Paint / Solvents / Detergents)
• To follow up painting schedule progress, material storage status
• To monitor Sandblasting & Paint mixing / application on daily basis
• Preparation of daily painting inspection reports.
• To maintain daily log for all surface preparation & painting activities
• To coordinate & attend meetings with the project owner / project contractor / project subcontractors

• To witness & ensure following of project’s procedure for all coating inspection related activities including environmental testing as per project’s ITP.
• To witness Holiday repairs / reports.
• To carry out material inspection as per project’s specifications.
• To follow up coating process, material storage status till dispatch from the vendor’s site.
• To follow up & keep record of QC / production status and report to client any noncompliance with the project’s specifications.
• Reporting daily inspection activities.
• Projects:
- Misc. projects beams, columns, plates & Ship Tanks.
• To witness & ensure following of project’s procedure for all coating inspection related activities including environmental testing as per project’s ITP.
• To witness Holiday repairs / reports.
• To witness & report Lap test activities as per project’s ITP.
• To carry out material inspection as per project’s specifications.
• To follow up coating process, material storage status till dispatch from the vendor’s site.
• To follow up & keep record of QC / production status and report to client any noncompliance with the project’s specifications.

• To carry out all blasting and painting inspection related activities including environmental testing
• To carry out materials inspection
• Reports preparation l RFI preparation
• Planning, scheduling & materials estimation after reviewing the project’s specification
• Carrying out both blasting and painting works maintaining target date and material consumption
• Offering the job to client inspection stage wise by providing highest quality job as per project specs
• Providing daily / weekly progress reports to the project engineer
• Maintaining excellent communication channel with Client / HSE / QC for keeping the job running as smooth as possible to meet the completion target date.
• Follow up materials consumption rate and materials request status with the concerned department
• Carrying out issuance of electronic work permit prior to starting the job
• Planning the job in contract basis when applicable
• Supervising stenciling works for the job
• Carrying out both mobilization / demobilization works

• Planning, scheduling and supervising my team to complete the assigned job as per project’s specification.
• Estimate the required materials for the running job.
• Follow up the job and make sure to meet the project’s delivery schedule.
• Supervising both material identification team and physical measurement team.
• Maintaining high standard of safety complying with company’s HSE management system.
• Maintaining Quality standards according to company’s quality system.
• Manpower distribution according to each project requirements.
• Coordinating with QA/QC team to ensure smooth production process.
• Attending department production meeting.
• Attending daily safety toolbox meeting.
• Attending weekly safety meeting.
• Maintaining excellent communication channel with other departments (Engineering / Store / Cost control / Planning / Procurement).
