• Manage all departmental performance issues.
• Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of departmental performance matters.
• Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development, implementation and monitoring of local service delivery performance standards.
• Compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers and committees and giving presentations.

• Involved in the planning and preparation of the operational programs for the management of human resources
• The implementation of the planning and executive programs on human resources.
• The liberation of all hiring and firing decisions, resignations and leaves.
• Ensure the application of the implementation of procedural and legal rules on workers' employment and Payroll promotions and annual job salaries.
