*Greeting guests and staffs withjoyfull and warm smile as being the first person to be in the Main Reception.
*Deliver excellent Customer Service at all times.
*Assist in keeping the Main Reception Area clean and tidy at all times.
*Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in person, on phone, on the phone or via e-mail.
* Providing daily Access to our permises for TV Guests and cooperating with the Main Gate Security point and Police and making sure that our Guests on time for their TV interviews.
*Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in the line with the company policy.
*Conduct regular security checks throughout the day and report any security issues to the line Manager.
*Report any maintenance issues immediately to the Line Manager including fourniture, fittings, AC, equipments...
*Be able to appropriately respond to emergency and non-emergency situations and contact the person in charge.
*Provide Clerical Support for all staff by maintaining files, creating documents, assisting with data entry, making phone Calls, etc...
*Be Responsible for evacuation in cases of emmergency, acting as first point of contact for guests and staffs.
*Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws.
*Be involved and contribute in Staff gathering and staff Meetings.
*Carry out instructions given by the Management team and Head Office.
