Identify key trends in the market specifically for sales activities and define the relevance to the organization in adopting and applying new trends in the company. Maximize sales by implementing and monitoring sales assistants e.g client books, diary boutique book, brands book feedback, etc... Define and implement the standards of operations concerning sales staff with regards to challenging, supporting and developing staff to achieve targets. Ensure that visual merchandising standards in the stores are world class and exceed the brand's expectations whilst optimizing store layout. Ensure Company security procedures are observed at all stages.Communicate feedback on customer preferences, buying behavior.Communicate feedback to address customer complaints and identify any areas where adjustments to the procedures need to be addressed. Buyer for Major big Brands. Liaise with Brands/ marketing department to provide regular product knowledge and sales training to team. Create an atmosphere and culture where individuals are encouraged and motivated to succeed and high achievement are recognized. Actively contribute to the training, guiding, and development of new staff to improve core skills and retention levels.Conduct comprehensive store orientation for new employees. Undertake performance management and appraisals on all subordinates.Ensure the recruitment of high caliber, qualified staff at all levels to help achieve the business targets within budgeted staffing plans. Conduct weekly team meetings. Proactively contribute as necessary to ensure that the organization is perceived as an employer of choice.
