Workforce planning and analyzing the requirement for the current year
Forecasting recruitment of manpower for the next year
Develop and control manpower budget according to management plan
coordinating with agencies in the country and overseas for smooth function of recruitment procedure
Completing Recruitment cycle starting from receiving the recruitment requisition from department
sourcing the applicants through agencies, web sites, advertisement
screening the received curriculum vitae
selecting the suitable applicant
extending the job offer to the selected applicants
preparing all joining formalities
onboarding process starting from Giving new hires background on the company, materials, schedules, job description.
• Payroll
Prepares the monthly payroll
Processing overtime calculations.
Maintain employee’s attendance
Receives lists of deductions on employees' salaries from Legal Affairs or deductions regarding absence and attendance and enters them in to payroll System
Maintaining all types of leaves and Calculates prepaid Annual and Maternity leave
Calculate end of service benefits for the resigned/terminated employee
Arranging and monitoring the hospital accommodation
Working on monthly payroll reconciliation
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Coordinating with IT department with new ideas to upgrade system
Prepare circulars and distributes them to all employees
• Compensation and Benefits
Maintaining employee annual evaluation and implementing yearly increment
Performing job analysis then draft and update job description
Perform an employee satisfaction Survey
Perform market salary analysis to find where the organization place from the market and to update the salary scale if needed
Develop total rewards strategy to be a line with organization
maintaining and updating organizational structure
Developing, Coding and Updating Human Resources forms
• Learning and Development
Develop and deliver an induction program for new employees
Preform training need analysis across department through the employee evaluation, government roles for the medical field
Work with management to develop training plan budget and provide the best training places and prices
Develop training programs for employee behavioral development and competency development.
Develop and conduct an internal training as per requirements
Partner with external learning organization to provide the required courses for employees
Make all the arrangement for the course starting from employee invitations, class room arrangements, distributing certificates
