- Responsible for calls directing to the right department, responsible for office Janitorial and maintenance issues, courrier sending and receiving.
- Answer calls advice customers with solutions to their problems, fixing it from my side if it was something on their accounts.
- Respond to all customer inquiries, pricing, special rate requests or complaints, based on interface with the appropriate departments to clarify the issue from our Principal and company perspective .
- Following up with existing clients and target new customers, take over any customer complaints .
