Manages the Logistics Coordinator to ensure that the Logistics department provides efficient, effective and transparent procurement, logistics, licensing, insurance, asset management and transport services and that the logistics policies and systems meet the organizations needs and donor compliance requirements.
Works with the Logistics Coordinator to ensure that field logistics are strengthened and provide effective and timely support to programmes.
Oversees any infrastructure projects in Somaliland to ensure quality, functionality and value for money.
Liaises with Muslim hands Kenya Country Director and the Head of Region to ensure that the logistics support provided to them meets their requirements
Keep abreast with legal procedures and obligations, and always maintain current knowledge of Kenya government requirements relating to logistical activities and ensure compliance with the law.
And preparing reports and other document sending and receiving all E-mail of the our office.

 Preparing proposal
 Guide management team to implement their projects and develop new ones
 Initiate new relationship for the organization
 Studying and searching the suitable projects that need to implement
 Preparing Reports and develop monthly quarterly plan
 Monitor that al donor and internal report are produced and delivery on time
 budgeting project in addition preparing bids
 Monitoring and evaluating
 All parts project planning such as action plan, logical frame work
