I started at OES as a QA Assistant and was promoted to the Global Quality Assurance Manager of the company. During my 9 years at OES I worked in multiple Departments, which provided me with a unique skill set. My main responsibilities were to create and maintain a quality management system (QMS) as per ISO 9001 and ensure the QMS met the required standards of safety, legality, quality, compliance and accreditation. I was responsible for managing the QMS within all the five OES offices, which were located in Dubai, UK, Brasil, Singapore and USA.

My Quality Assurance Manager duties involved:
• Implementing and ensuring continuous improvement within the quality management system. 

• Reporting results of analysis to executive management. 

• Overseeing and coordinating the investigation of Customer Complaints and Non-Conformances.
• Preparing for and leading Third Party Audits. 

• Conducting all company internal.
• Meeting clients and handling any complaints they may have. 

• Ensuring the company quality procedures and processes are clearly set up and are communicated within the company. 

• Final review of all inspection reports prior to being sent to the client. 

• Documenting and investigating Non-Conformances globally. 


• Collecting and monitoring for average or poor rating Customer Feedback Forms.
• Monitoring of all company controlled documents to ensure all procedures are accurate and updated. 

• Maintaining Document Change Request Forms and Document Registers for all company Manuals. 

• Ensuring all OES employees are aware of the location of company procedures.
• Monitoring of all company Suppliers on the purchasing system to ensure all are approved as per the QA Manual. 

• Weekly meetings with Regional Managing Directors.

• Maintaining company accreditation and membership certification i.e. DNV, ABS, IADC and LEEA.
• Conducting Management Review Meetings. 


During my time at OES I was also part of the HSE Department, Operations Department and Equipment Department:

• HSE Responsibilities:
o Investigating HSE Incidents and Near Misses.
o Compiling Total Recordable Incident Rates (TRIR) as per RIDDOR.
o Creating and maintaining HSE controlled documents.
o Created an internal online HSE Training Program for all company employees

• Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
o Arranging the transportation of technicians to the client sites.
o Selecting teams as per client requirements to complete the necessary work scopes.
o Maintaining a Mobilization Plan of technician’s movements.

• Equipment Coordinator Responsibilities:
o Managing the Asset Management System.
o Organizing the calibration of Equipment.
o Maintaining calibration certification.
o Arranging the transportation of equipment.
