• Weekly progress report for Snagging and De Snagging.
• Coordination works of MEP for Testing and Commissioning.
• In charge for project close out requirement related to Civil Defense
• Attend Client Progress meeting to discuss the weekly progress and engineering updates.
• Determine and develop construction method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project, relevant quality standards and Qatar Construction Specification 2014 (QCS 2014).
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure that actual construction implementation is in compliance with the approved design provided at site, material used are approved and meet the quality standards; and approved construction method statement provided by the Consultant.
• In charge for the site execution either temporary or permanent works with regards to Civil, Structural and Architectural discipline.
• Review Shop Drawing as per the approved Design Drawing for Construction use.
• Prepare Weekly report for the work progress
• Prepare accomplishment report, change order and additional jobs for report billing.
• Prepare/revise working schedules for proposed and/or ongoing projects.
• Assists in monitoring quality of materials required, requested and delivered.
• To assist in preparation of materials list and delivery schedule.
• Review Material submitted by Subcontractor or Supplier as per Project Specification prior to submission to consultant
• Monitor jobsite accomplishments of the sub contractor and contractor.
• Assists in drafting contract's condition for subcontract jobs.
• Assists in preparation of other bid requirement that needs his expertise.
• Prepares & approves the progress of the sub contractors. Check payments estimates for job performed under the contract.
• Assists in settlement of contract claims and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the accounting department on billing report.
• Prepare and check bar cutting list schedule and schedule of rebar deliveries.
• Prepare concrete construction joint schedule and to coordinate with post-tensioning contractor on stressing schedule.
• Follow up on the performance of the manpower, equipment and materials for site use.
• Design of formworks, scaffoldings and arrange the utilization schedules.
• Responsible for formwork permit to load and the permit to strike (for safety or structural reasons).
• Responsible in the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multi-disciplinary operations. Achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site.
