- Leading team of architects and draughts men for developing design concept.
- Reviewing & managing the delivery of contract drawings and details ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
- Coordination between Architectural, Structural, SPECS, B.O.Q, MEP and all other disciplines.
- Review projects for QA/QC purposes.
- Developing design concepts.
- Preparing working drawing and details ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements

- Attending progress meetings and kickoff meetings with subcontractors.
- Prepare GA drawings (Concrete Dimensions) for all levels starting from Raft.
- Review shop drawings prepared by draftsmen for completeness and accuracy.
- Study and prepare request for information (RFI) for all missing and unclear data.
- Coordination between architectural, structural and electromechanical shop drawings.
- Study the project contract documents (time schedule, specs, BOQ and drawings)
- Ensure that shop drawings are updated as per consultant comments and reissued.
- Prepare shop drawings ensuring compliance with specs. And material submittal.
- Prepare and update shop drawings progress schedule and update them on P6.
- Following and update civil & MEP procurement on P6.
- Preparing and update KPI for all activities of the project.
- preparing and update IR monitoring sheets for civil work of the project.
- Following and update the joinery work clearance & MEP clearance of the project.
- Following and monitoring civil work site progress and update on P6.
- Following and monitoring the SNAGGING, TESTING & COMM. of the project.
- Monitoring civil & MEP work required for obtaining authorities NOC & BCC.
- Developing design concepts.
