Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
1- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
2- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Position: Fire Alarm Department Manager & ELV Sales Engineer
Duties:
- Monitor project progress and prepare project progress reports.
- Represent company in client project, quality and HSE meetings.
- Responsible for formal (letter) / informal (verbal) communication with clients.
- Develop understanding and experience of all technical systems.
- Prepare and comply with project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans.
- Ensure full compliance of project with specification and client requirement.
- Responsible primarily for executing the Jobs and projects the company has been awarded.
- Report to the Engineering Manager and have justifiable control over the assigned Technical
Team.
- Attend the timely meetings of the Engineering Dept and will share his responsibilities and discuss his plans.
- Study the technical aspect of Equipment their installation, Testing and Commissioning and
Training when necessary
- Make project scheduling for the Jobs and manage the Look Ahead Plan (LAP)
- Command the Task Force completely
- Meet deadlines
- Carry out professional Training for the Staff
- Arrange work force for special jobs at the request of the Administration.
- Attend to major issues on sites in person
- Submit completion certificates, Check up forms to Sales Administration upon completion of job or phases of any job, and as Requested.
