• Before graduation, I worked in computer programming and maintenance. I also worked in selling computer hardware components. After graduating from Electrical & Electronic Engineering Computer Section, I have worked for Telecommunication and Technology Ministry as a head of Informatics section since 2001 until now and as a supervisor of Subscribers Network, Phoning services, Billing, and system administrator. Then I worked for the UNDP in 2004 as a Technical manager of computer Maintenance & system engineering. I worked in field of programming and hardware maintenance also assembling computers. I had a license of /A+/ from Comptia Course I had ICDL, AutoCAD, Programming languages Office Package, data base programs and Internet programs.
• I got a /CCNA/ license as network manager from Cisco Systems USA with Certificate Verification No. / 392224588994JPUH /. Now I am preparing to obtain a license in /NETWORK+/ from COMPTIA course.
• I have been appointed as manager of customer care project in telecommunication center (CCBS) from Alcatel France Company. I got a Certificate with /Ace MAP/ Optical Network Access for communication from South Korea with serial No. / STI 2009-0403-012 / from Samsung company
• United Nation Development Program (UNDP) in Syria - technical Manager from Dec1-2004 to May5- 2007
