I started the brand from the beginning i am the head chef and recipe developer i led the brand through 3 years listening to customers and developing formulas of cake filling icing until the brand become the best at the city of it's stunning look cakes and delicious and very unique taste of combination of American delicious butter cake and French style fruit filling ( kiwi, passion fruit, exotic, strawberry, lychee) and delicious french style chocolate ganaches ( egg yolk based that's very creamy and delicious, cream and butter based with different flavours) we also serve cafe desserts like molten lava cake, brownies, cinnamon roll, chouxs, apple pie, cookies, sandwich breads ...etc) , this is our Instagram page: opera_0310
