HR, Payroll Supervisor
Auditing and insuring accurate monthly closing transactions e.g. Overtime, Leaves etc. for about 6500 employees.
Meets payroll operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity,
quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying system improvements.
Accomplishes payroll human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Preparing HR. report & Head Count Report.
Leading a payroll team consists of 8 employees including two seniors reporting to me.
Evaluates the effectiveness of training sessions and programs for the purpose of determining whether changes need to be made to ensure appropriate skills development.
Handling the employees files and make sure that every file include the necessary documents
Reporting to payroll and accounting manager.
Assisting in quarterly performance appraisals.
Preparing the employee’s end of service benefits, including the issuance of service certificate after obtaining proper clearance.
Operating monthly payroll for more than 2000 employees in three multinational companies (Vodafone, Pfizer, British American tobacco)
Consulting these companies in employees Benefits programs. (Medical insurance, car leasing, transportation, Bank offers)
Establishing a wide network of relations with all banks in Egypt to get better offers and facilities for our employees.
Recruiting staff - this includes, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Maintains Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
Setting meetings with our clients in order to arrange work processes and to expand and develop our business volume.
Monitor employee's database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers etc. in order to ensure accurate database.
