Activity:
The Nile Corniche Cairo Project is mixed use development situation off the Nile River in Cairo, Egypt. It comprises Podium (levels 0-7 hotel operated ballroom, meeting rooms and restaurants. Includes Office and retail areas), Tower 1 (levels 3-32 hotel luxury serviced apartments) and Tower 2 (levels 1-18 hotel suites, levels 19-29 hotel serviced apartments and levels 30-35 hotel luxury serviced apartments)
Responsibility:
• Conduct all MEP Inspections as per Approved ITP's, and Approved Shop Drawings.
• Inspect the MEP materials as they are delivered on site to ensure compliance with approved materials submittals
• Installation/ testing MV transformers, Emergency generators, MV/LV Switchgear, MV/LV Cables, MV/LV Bus duct, Cable tray/ladders and Low current systems.

Activity:
Tripoli’s Complex Towers, an Iconic Commercial Development, is located on the Al- Safadi Street in Tripoli Libya. It comprises a five Star Hotel (620 keys) high rise tower (43 floors) in addition to high rise office tower (43 floors) providing high quality office spaces.
Responsibility:
• Coordinate Electrical work with General Electricity Company of Libya, GECOL
• Attend weekly Project review meetings and report on electrical work.
• Ensure resources are in place to execute the project control plan as well as analyze cost and schedule variances thereby recommending corrective actions.
• Installation/ testing MV transformers, Emergency generators, MV/LV Switchgear, MV/LV Cables, MV/LV Bus duct, Cable tray/ladders and Low current systems.
• Monitor electrical installation programme and production, and take action as necessary to ensure requirements are met.
• Full understanding of electrical drawings and scope of works.
• Assist with testing and commissioning

Responsibility:
• Preparation, approval and implementation of the Quality Control Plane (QCP), Quality Control System (QCS) and Definable Future of Work (DFOW)
• Conduction of Three-Phase of Control; Preparatory Meeting, Initial Phase Inspection, Follow-up Phase Inspection (Preparatory Meetings and Initial Inspections are intended to prevent non-conformances from occurring)
• Inspection of delivered materials as per Project Specs and Relevant standards
• Ensure that all materials and construction are in accordance with the requirements for the completeness, accuracy, constructability in compliance to the requirement to International Building Code (IBC).
• Documentation for material and administrative approvals and backups.

Activity:
Industries (OCI) Installation and Commissioning of Third line for Cement Production. In the areas of Raw Mill, Preheater, Kiln, and Cement Mill plants.
Responsibility:
• Co-ordinate effectively with Technical Division related to the site condition with the approved designs and appropriate decision with their concurrence.
• Erection and installation of the Machineries and Equipment of the Plant as per the Planning schedule to expedite the works to satisfy the client and the consultant.
• Test of the Power, Control and Instrumentation cables. Pre-Commissioning with the allowable test result and troubleshooting immediately wherever required.
• Responsible for initial startup and testing of new installations including cement kilns, clinker coolers, finish grind systems, etc.
• Familiar with Polysius roll presses, vertical roller mills, finish mills, air separators, kiln and auxiliaries.
Responsible for post-commissioning customer service purposes of process optimization.
