Job Description
•Develop & Maintain the Project Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring the Project activities, which includes Engineering and construction activities by using Primavera Project Planner for Enterprise P6 Software.
•Preparation & Implementation the Progress Measurement System as per Progress Measurement Procedure, & Schedule Levels, Work break down Structure, assign milestones and constraints by using Critical Path Method (CPM) as per Schedule Control Procedure.
•Daily Planning, Notification and Construction plan generation and execution. Scheduling & Monitoring, Progress & Reporting, Earned Value Analysis system.
•To coordinate with subordinates for Inventory management coordination with Stores department.
•To give suggestions and Implementation of modification proposals. Study of Engineering drawings and technical specifications.
•Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
•Maintaining & monitoring of actual progress and productivity comparison of scheduled baseline by monthly updating the actual of Schedule, Construction Progress report for Construction activities.
•Preparation of annual, monthly, weekly, daily report. Overseeing the expected problems and initiate remedial action to avoid crisis.
•Identifying the Areas of concern and Critical path of the project. Review detail specification of this project and maintaining the Documentation for this project
•Generate S-Curves and histogram for resource and create graphical display in excel for reports to top management.
•Coordinating for the preparation of monthly billing for the project along with reviewing and approving subcontractor bills as per progress of work at site.
•Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts through Project Management Software - Primavera6 and submitting to the Department Heads, Client, Consultant and Main Contractor.
•Conduct and coordinate progress meetings and coordination meetings along with client, main contractor, consultant, subcontractor and my project team.
•Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review. Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
•Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
Project Name : 4 X 360 MW Coal based Thermal Power Project
•Location : Uchhpinda Village, Janjgir Champa District, Chhattisgarh
•Description : The project work has already commenced and Already four units COD were completed. The company also owns and Operates 68.5MW coal based power plant in Chennai (1999), 25 MW Bio-mass power plant (2004) at Karnataka State, and also planned to implement 4x660 MW in Badonkala, Datia, Madhya Pradesh.
