JOB TASKS:
-preparing & sending Estimation quotation of the service, which is requested by the customer, the quotation consists out of time and material including discounts surcharges and taxes.
- controlling the independent service organization (ISO) which including the third parties to carryout service for Siemens equipment. The Service Organization can be under contract with Siemens, but can also be independent.
-controlling the Process of ordering and deliver spare parts at customer site.
-controlling the process of returning the defective spare parts considering
the return lead time to control cost.
-Manage & planning the supply (local, imported & promotion items) & distribute to regions based on the sales target plan.
-following the order cycle till delivery completion to all regions warehouses.
-controlling the stock management (FIFO, near expiry &expired items).
-following up the imported shipments, ensure the delivery on time to reduce the demurrage cost for the shipments on board.
-control the deliveries across the regions & ensure the efficiency of deliveries on time .
-planning for the store ordering ( daily & weekly).
-ensure the delivery of products in the right time with the right qty s.
-control the store display of items, Layout & Plano gram.
-manage the supply team& following up their tasks achievement
-sharing the deliveries reports with the top management in weekly basis.
-control the stock availability of products .
- Managing the Section (Budget, sales, margin, slow moving & sleeping stock items.
-Organizing section inventory.
- Deal & negotiate with suppliers to get the best benefits (competitive prices, fees, discounts, etc...).
- Competitors market survey controller.
- promotion activities execute in the show room .
-manage the order cycle plan based on the availability of items & promotion period.
-execute the layout & vendor renting shelves & gondolas based on the vendor contract & getting extra fees .
-supervise the section sales, display & Plano gram .
-staff control & customers problems solving.
-supervising the vendor layout to ensure the accuracy of layout completion.
-supervising all the promotion events activities.
-controlling the section warehouse.
-sales achievement based on the section target.
-handling the customer problems in the right way .
-organizing the section display, pricing, cleaning & Plano gram.
-arranging & organizing the section warehouse.
-authorized to control the receiving of items in the receiving area in the right qty s & quality.
