Coached and Implemented lean methodologies in the company business units (Operations and sales).
Applied lean Manufacturing methodology on assembly lines to improve productivity and value streams.
Maintain all key processes in control; complying the desired quality levels using Statistical Process Control and problem solving techniques.
Responsibility of all EH&S and ergonomics issues on the assembly line including periodic risk assessments and find opportunities for improvements and implementations.
Responsible on implementation of TPM schedules and prepare equipments evaluation sheets and critical spare parts lists for the assembly line.
Participated in technology transfer projects for new products using 3P methodologies including layout creation, material handling and storing (KANBAN), tooling and machinery.
Achievements:
Kaizen event on HiWall line with 30% improvement overall.
Technology Transfer Project of a new ECO commercial line from Carrier Spain.
Achieve the Silver Certificate in ACE @ 4.5 sigma level.
