Responsibilities and Duties:
• Own and Hit/Exceed Annual Sales Targets
• Working with Management to Develop New Strategies to Grow Sales Pipelines
• Build and Maintain Strong, Long-Lasting Customer Relationships
• Observes, Reviews and Analyses Processes to Identify Inefficiencies and Areas where Improvements could be made
• Carry out Market Research, Conduct Surveys, and study the Competitors and their Marketing and Sales Strategies
• Administer all Sales Activities for all Export Products of the Organization and Ensure Achievement of all Export Sales Target
• Drive Sales to Future Customers and Educate them on Technical Product
Capabilities and Establish Large Volume Deals
• Training New Sales Staff, Assigning Specific Tasks to other Sales Staff and Monitoring the Team's Sales Performance
• Develops strong working relations with Distributor and Key Personnel there that allows for collaboration, Control, and Auditing of the Distributor’s Operations (Coverage, Orders, Distribution).

Duties & Responsibilities

Head of Sales channels (Key Accounts, Supermarkets, DRD, CAT) Mange All
of the Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers across Iraq.
Develops and implements action plans that increase client’s product presence
through the trade drive & merchandising plan and activities
Negotiating all types of contracts within all sales channels
Reporting directly to the General Manager & owner.
Planning and targeting for a profitable sales results in cahoots with strategic
and well establish sales plan

Train and lead sales department process, performance and results,
Develop all the business relationships between the company and all the key
accounts departments.
Enhance branding and product awareness within all the key account.
Monitor and supervise the RSP in all the key account outlets all over the
country.
Improve the sales operation and efficiency through establishing new projects
and implementing new ideas to achieve month and annual sales target.
Responsible for all the sales related issues which reflecting into achieving the
company target through implementing and applying short term, long terms
strategies targeting and directing all the sales force and premises all over
Iraq.

• Head of Sales with Monthly Turn over 3 Million EGP.
• Drives activities of Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers in a manner that increases brand awareness, product presence and revenue generation for all clients.
• Collects data and develops action plans for Regional Sales Managers.
• Coordinates activities with Marketing Department for merchandising activities being implemented by clients.
• Develops and implements action plans that increase client’s product presence through merchandising plan and activities
• Monitor on a continual basis (weekly) sales data. Communicates with Client’s Marketing Department for trends and issues pertaining to sales / marketing initiatives.
• Open new KA accounts
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets to expand the company’s customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop and nurture strong customer contacts and positive, proactive relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.

• Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

• Protect Company market share, for specific accounts by developing business programs supported with performance related Contract Development Agreements (CDA). Maintain and develop existing and new key customers for Modern Trade or Organized Trade, through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and Keeping up-dated an Account Plan

• Prepare the business plan for the key account management
• Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy.

• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods

• Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution and identify high performers

• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.

• Monitoring Performance and Reporting
Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where appropriate .

• Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements.

• Planning/Carrying out/Supporting Local Marketing Activities .

• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information .

• Work with BU CD function to develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing and equipment.

• Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per CD guidelines .

• Conduct and manage the business reviews of the direct reports.
Motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy to achieve the sales targets .

• Responsible for the overall sales strategy of assigned area and routes.
• Monitor daily activities of salesman and follow up on sales progress and accomplishments.
• Conduct regular meetings with the Sales Manager for feedback on status of sales.
• Check expired goods, cash shortages on daily basis and ensure payments collection.
• Establish and maintain good contact with all customers and maintain updated Customer details of the assigned area.
• Travel with the sales team regularly, provide backup to the team whenever necessary. Ensure physical involvement in operation of route when staff shortages arise.
• Generate daily and monthly status reports regarding the overall sales achievements and also competitor activities.
• Coordinate and implement sales targets set by the department head, prepare sales statistics and related forecasts.
• Ensure proper implementation of sales campaigns / promotional activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policy on financial and sales related matters.
