Legal Consultation:
• Provide legal advice and opinions on a wide range of legal matters to support the company's operations.
• Conduct legal research to stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry.
Contract Drafting and Review:
• Draft, review, and negotiate Bilingual contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Ensure that contractual terms protect the organization's interests and comply with legal requirements.
Due Diligence:
• Conduct due diligence and title searches on commercial to assess their legal status and potential risks.
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations.
Legal Research:
• Stay up-to-date with changes of commercial laws, regulations, and industry practices in GCC
• Conduct legal research to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.
Documentation and Compliance:
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation related to commercial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial, hr, finance, and operations, to address legal issues and provide guidance.
• Build strong working relationships with external legal partners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
Confidentiality and Ethics:
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain the highest ethical standards.

- Ensure documentation of all deals and transaction (agreements, Contracts, Etc.) to which JTC is a party to and ensure that JTC`s interests are well protected and all eventualities are catered for. - - - -Comply and assist in auditing the compliance with policies and procedures laws and contracts in Kuwait- qatar - ksa - uae.
-Follow-up with the government regulatory bodies in order to be acquainted with any new laws/regulations and executive orders newly in kuwait - qatar - ksa - uae enacted that may impact JTC.
-Share applicable Laws & Regulations with the concerned departments on the formats approved by head of legal.
-Preparing standard agreements for sales activities.
- Provide documentation and necessary feedback and follow-up with the external counsel in kuwait - qatar - ksa - uae when handling disputes before the courts and other legal bodies.
- Managing disputes resolution and settlement claims outside courts in kuwait - qatar - ksa - uae - uganda.
- Translate legal documents into English/Arabic for internal use as required.
- Resolve any other issue that arises in day to day working of the company which might relate to accidents, insurance claims, tenders, contracts etc.
- Assist the management in the fulfilling its obligations, statutory or otherwise, concerning prevention of personal injuries.
Review, draft and negotiate contracts in the groups best interest. Drafting agendas and meeting minutes of shareholders & board of directors under HOD impression.
