Currently leading the construction supervision of the Semaisma Roads and Infrastructure Project, Package 2. This comprehensive initiative spans an area of 198.86 hectares, aimed at enhancing local infrastructure to support residential and public utility plots. Key components of the project include:
• Road Construction: Development and maintenance of access and internal road networks to ensure smooth traffic flow and connectivity.
• Drainage Systems: Implementation of advanced surface and groundwater drainage solutions, including a dedicated pumping station, rising main, and storage pond to manage water efficiently and prevent flooding.
• Sewerage Treatment: Oversight of foul water drainage and treated sewerage effluent (TSE) systems to promote sanitation and environmental sustainability.
• Utilities and Landscaping: Coordination of electrical networks across EHV, MV, and LV spectrums, including the installation of 39 substations and comprehensive street lighting to enhance safety and aesthetics.
• Water Supply Infrastructure: Ensuring the provision of potable water and the integration of the Qatar Armed Forces (QAF) network for secure and reliable utility services.
• Communications Infrastructure: Facilitating the rollout of advanced communications infrastructure, in alignment with the Qatar National Broadband Network (QNBN) and the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA), to support modern connectivity needs.
This role involves meticulous oversight of all construction phases, from planning and design through to execution and final inspection, ensuring all aspects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with environmental regulations.

North Wastewater Treatment Plant Project - Contract 3 (Project Value is QR 1, 301, 067, 500)
The project involves the construction of 33.4 km Interceptor Sewers (By Micro tunneling) ranging in size from 1, 000 mm diameter to 2, 400 mm diameter; 82 manholes ranging in depth from 18 m to 37 m; 24 reception pits ranging in depth from 21 m to 33 m; and 1 vortex drop shaft. The project also includes installation of 9000 LM of 1600 mm DI triple Rising Mains, 1200 LM of 400 mm DI washout pipes, 9300 LM of DI Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) Mains, valve chambers and Miscellaneous Works
Duties included reviewing material and shop drawing submitting and method statements; supervising construction works; site QA/QC and safety activities and scheduling of the works to ensure compliance with Client specifications and the timely handover for the project; reviewing Contractor's submittals as assigned by the Resident Engineer; providing assistance in Contract Administration when requested; monitoring equipment and materials delivered to the site and used in the work, in addition to reporting on the Contractor’s progress; performing an initial review of all Contractors’ claims as requested and submitting recommendations to the Resident Engineer.

The project also includes strengthening the existing Earth dam retaining the largest wastewater lake in the world, construction of new dumping station for wastewater, construction of evaporation lagoons.
