• Manage and update the Company Management Manual.
• Plan and assess projects audit results and analyze the non-conformities.
• Design, establish and update the documentation system for the company.
• Monitor and control the company processes and procedures by the internal audits.
• Design the audit plan and check lists for the projects and Departments.
• Tracking the evaluations of the Depts. performance by ensuring the objectives, action plan and KPIs are set and implemented.

• Ensures that analysis of Quality control records coming from projects are forwarded to the senior management level.
• Co-operate with the Depts. to determine the lesson learned from the projects
• Maintain the validity of the ISO 9001 certification.
• Create and issue the Quality control documentations included the PQP, ITPs, check lists, testing and commissioning procedures, etc.
• Analyze the quality control process to obtain any need for improving.
• Analyze the NCRs to define the root causes to make the remedy actions.
• Control the cost of nonconformance.
• Report the quality status monthly with action plan.
• Control the projects closing phase with the project management regarding the quality aspect.
• Standardized and unify the methodologies for the project’s delivery.
• Allocates Quality personnel to various duties and/or projects.
• Control all achieves documentation upon the completion of the projects

• Issue and control project quality control documentation - Project quality plan, inspection/test plans, check lists, test procedures and commissioning reports- prior and with parallel to the project execution.
• Determine a relative quality metrics, specification limits, standards and the tolerances stated in the project statement of work.
• Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with project manager and site team.
• Supervise the quality control activates of the project, including inspection schedules and quality records.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality control system.
