Job Responsibilities
● Revising approved shop drawings, MEP Coordination drawings and Work method
statement to ensure compliance with project specifications.
● Ensure ducts, fittings, chilled water pipes, FCU’s and AHU’s are available and approved
by inspection department prior to installation.
● Ensure sufficient tools, ladders and scaffolding are available for installation.
● Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is issued prior to start of the
HVAC activities.
● Arrange the sufficient manpower and ensure all of them attended safety orientation prior
to start the activities at site.
● Provide approved shop drawings and Coordination drawings to site supervisors and
inform them to shift the required approved material from warehouse to site to avoid any
progress delay.
● Inform the QC personnel prior to start work to ensure the quality of work.
● Closely monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and
provide daily progress reprort to project engineer.
● Prepare relevant documents to conduct testing inspection such as duct light and smoke
testing and hydro test for aboveground and underground chilled water piping.

Job Responsibilities
● Revising shop drawings and material submittals for various mechanical trades to ensure
compliance with project specifications.
● Supervising the installation of underground HDPE drainage network at the administration
building.
● Coordinating with the civil team to avoid any conflict during installation at site.
● Participating with the quality control team in the whole cycle to ensure compliance with
quality standards, starting from revising work method statement, preparing ITP’s,
inspecting the supplied material, inspecting the accomplished work at site and issuing the
relevant documents required for the final handing over of works to the consultant.Project manager: Armed forces engineering sector.

Job responsibilities :

- Supervising all day to day general maintenance works.

- Reviewing and maintaining daily checklists and operation worksheets.

- Supervising the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders at site and managing the workflow assignments on maximo asset management 7.5 system.

- Managing on-site contractors and any outside maintenance done by contractors.

- Attending all the testing and commissioning or training programs for the systems in scope of work with the presence of the consultant.

- Perform any other duties as per requested by chief engineer.



Systems in the scope of responsibility :

- HVAC system (AHUs, HRAHUs, FCUs, chilled water pumps, duct work and piping accessories, VAVs and terminal boxes, centrifugal and axial in-line supply and exhaust fans, room AC units DX-type).

- Plumbing and piping network (domestic cold water, drinking water, hot water and storage tanks, circulating pumps, booster pumps).

- Drainage, rainwater sytems and submersible pumps.

- FM200 supression system.

- Water firefighting pipe work including zone valves and landing valves and sprinkler system.

Current responsibilities at the new Borg El.Arab airport

• Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual) for passenger boarding bridges and overseeing its implementation as well as troubleshooting any malfunctions.

• Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for the fire fighting systems of the passenger terminal building (suppression system, CO2 system and FM200 system) and overseeing its implementation.

• Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for the fire fighting pumps (diesel pump, electric pump and jockey pump) and overseeing its implementation.


• Preparation of preventive maintenance schedules for 1000 kW standby generators with its fuel system and overseeing its implementation.

• Good knowledge in HVAC system (AHUs operation and maintenance including mechanical and electronic components, chiller plant operation and preventive maintenance).

Previous responsibilities during construction phase

• Reviewing all as built drawings to ensure matching with specifications.

• Presence of all tests for pipe lines of the fire fighting network.

• Presence of flushing and restoration tests for pipe lines of the fire fighting network.

• Presence of the testing and commissioning for firefighting pumps.

• Presence of the testing and commissioning for standby generators.


Training and certificates:

• Abroad training on the operation and maintenance of passenger boarding bridges from "shinmaywa Industries" Haiphong, Vietnam.

• Local training at site on agent CO2 and FM200 release control panel MRP2000.

• Performed a "factory acceptance test on three fire fighting vehicles for the new airport at "Iveco Magirus" factory, bresia, Italy.


Previous responsibilities at old Borg El Arab airport:-

Maintenance of diesel engine vehicles and fire fighting vehicles.
