Job Responsibilities
● Revising approved shop drawings, MEP Coordination drawings and Work method
statement to ensure compliance with project specifications.
● Ensure ducts, fittings, chilled water pipes, FCU’s and AHU’s are available and approved
by inspection department prior to installation.
● Ensure sufficient tools, ladders and scaffolding are available for installation.
● Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is issued prior to start of the
HVAC activities.
● Arrange the sufficient manpower and ensure all of them attended safety orientation prior
to start the activities at site.
● Provide approved shop drawings and Coordination drawings to site supervisors and
inform them to shift the required approved material from warehouse to site to avoid any
progress delay.
● Inform the QC personnel prior to start work to ensure the quality of work.
● Closely monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and
provide daily progress reprort to project engineer.
● Prepare relevant documents to conduct testing inspection such as duct light and smoke
testing and hydro test for aboveground and underground chilled water piping.

compliance with project specifications.
● Supervising the installation of underground HDPE drainage network at the administration
building.
● Coordinating with the civil team to avoid any conflict during installation at site.
● Participating with the quality control team in the whole cycle to ensure compliance with
quality standards, starting from revising work method statement, preparing ITP’s,
inspecting the supplied material, inspecting the accomplished work at site and issuing the
