• Responsibilities:
1) Analyse Automation Tender Documents to lead selection & preparation of Suitable Solutions and Technical Proposals that meets Tender Specs.
2) Arrange/organize meetings or site surveys with clients for clarifications & data collection to meet Customer Satisfactions.
3) Preparing the Functional Design & Specification Documents (FDS) for projects.
4) Lead Programming and configuring Automation Systems (PAC, PLC, DCS, SCADA ...).

Various services with multiple clients in either troubleshooting automation systems problems through multiple platforms (DCS to PAC to Switchgears/Field Instruments) or modifying existing systems.

o Problem1: loss of communication between AB CLX and electrical switchgears (via Modbus RTU & DeviceNet).
o Problem2: Communication error between AB CLX and Yokogawa DCS.

Utility: The university’s cooling utility plant composed of 12 CYK chillers and 5 OM chillers (two modes of operation chilled water and glycol for ice storage) plus ice storage tanks with full automated operation system including automatic lead-lag selection, mode selection, and fault optimization to deliver chilled water to the whole university building Energy transfer systems ETS (also provided by us)

2. Troubleshooting (during the operation test) The Commissioned Allen Bradley SIL2 ControlLogix PAC Control System for new Painting Station Conveyors and Electrical Mobilizing System (EMS).
3. Configuring DeviceNet Network for Conveyor Inverters and EMS Control System.
4. Designing and Commissioning a Conveyor SCADA System for Painting Process using Wonderware InTouch 9.5.

Project 2: Khalda Petroleum Company (KPC) - El Kasr Site New Fuel Gas Skids.
Responsibilities:
1. Design, Programming and Commissioning an Allen Bradley CompactLogix Control System for operating new Fuel Gas skid units.
2. Complete Panel Rewiring for wiring configuration conflict with field instruments.
3. Memory Mapping for PLC program tags for MODBUS TCP/IP Protocol through a ProSoft MNET module, to make communication between PLCs through the Module.
