• Responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple businesses in the web, mobile, media, and production.
• project management the life cycle of an e-commerce marketplace called www.spotnget.com where users can buy, sell and auction products. The project is live but in beta testing stage. My role was structuring technical parts of the project, managing the developers and admins, handling all communications with payment gateways supplier, shipping supplier, and make sure all tasks and run smoothly.
• My Job description also included Providing Web content management strategies and development plans to all digital projects handled by the agency.
• Managing digital projects from initial brief to delivery. I work closely with the creative, development, marketing teams to, conduct researches, and prepare technical documentations
• Directly managing a digital team of 6 web developers, 4 web admins, 2 IT, 2 mobile developers and remote freelancers.
• Actively working to improve processes and maintaining a full overview of all the tasks going through the team and full ownership of digital account/s. I also conduct researches, estimate the time, cost and production details including, preparing proposals, managing day to day operations and generating weekly reports to the management.
• Technical issues solving at a detailed level. Assessing issues and perform crisis management procedures, to contain any issues might accrue during the production, and confidently challenge others to get the job done.
• Recruiting, interviewing and selecting staff and/or freelancers with appropriate skills for the project activities when required.
• Monitoring the progress of all tasks and adjust as necessary, to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• Reviewing the quality of the work completed with the team on a regular basis, to ensure that it meets the project standards.
• Developing software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
• Working closely with the creative, development, marketing teams to determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
• Developing and managing websites, games, Facebook apps, mobile apps, online interactive experiences, e-commerce portals.
