ASASTECH was founded in 2014 by a group of expertise with the main objective of providing a leading technical experience in Electrical and Mechanical works to serve many fields. ASASTECH is specialized in Operations & Maintenance including supplying all MEP equipment and solutions.
Implemented projects;
Implementation of MEP installations and upgrades for NESTLE WATER factory
Utilities maintenance contract for industrial compound (INDUSTRIA WEST)
Upgrading the main LV electrical room in MAADY CLUB including Manufacturing and supplying of LV MDB
Manufacturing and supplying of 290 ATS panels for VODAFONE EGYPT to secure remote sites’ operation
Manufacturing and supplying of MCC panels for RED SEA HOTELS HURGHADA
My role as a senior manager includes 2 main areas (construction & maintenance operations) in Hyde Park compound - New Cairo-;
Taking over the Project management role for infrastructure network design, implementation and handover
managing all project consultant tasks including design, value Engineering and governmental submissions
Coordinate with all departments for project planning and tendering process.
managing handover process after taking over certificate for implemented areas
Responsible for operations and facilities maintenance for all infrastructure networks and project utilities
Managing the operation of power generators, covering all Vodafone Egypt network with the following responsibilities;
- Managing Vodafone power generators operations and workshop.
- Managing all vendors’ activities within assigned area.
- Resources management including spare parts, tools and equipment.
- Budget management including planning, follow up and implementation.
- Technical offers evaluation.
- Purchasing orders approval.
Responsible for manager essential roles in addition to the following points,
- Develop automation and process improvement.
- Providing best customer service for our internal customers.
- - Cross functions activities across all teams within Core& Transmission department such as (Budget management, Department KPIs revisions, reporting, audit, internal& external SLAs )
Managing the field Radio Operations team within greater Cairo and Northern areas, responsible for GSM network operations and maintenance in addition to the following duties;
- Development of the maintenance operation
- Development of the maintenance plan
- Development of the team performance and KPI’s
Managing the network facilities maintenance team within greater Cairo and Northern areas. Responsible for :
- All facilities maintenance activities.
- Validation and approval for all related payments.
- Audit plans for all related activities.
- Managing cross functions activities including data base, work flow plans and coordination with other departments.
- Resources management including materials’ planning, vehicles, tools and equipment.
- People management including setting KPIs, development plans and team members’ evaluation.
- Vendor management including quality audit, evaluation and new deals
negotiation.
- Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and network upgrades.
Managing the network facilities maintenance activities within greater Cairo area through the “In- source” team. Responsible for :
o Implementation of the preventive maintenance plan including preparation follow up and execution.
o Corrective maintenance including resources management and work flow plans
o Implementation of network upgrades.
o Revision and approval for all related vendors’ payments.
Member of a team managing the first maintenance contract for Vodafone Egypt network facilities through maintenance contractors. Responsible for :
- Implementation of preventive maintenance plan, corrective maintenance and upgrade tasks
- Review all the contractor’s payments within the assigned area
- Provide technical support to the maintenance team (i.e. acting as a team leader) as well as taking the responsibility of new team members’ orientation.
Managing a team for infrastructure and MEP installation;
- Installation of medium voltage network.
- Implementation of electrical and control network for the main four golf courts.
- Installation and startup of the irrigation system software equipment.
- Implementation of 4 water pump stations.
- The digging operation of 3 water wells.
Managing the maintenance operation for golf courts area, water pump stations, water wells and power generators.
Handling the irrigation system software for the resort.

Bachelor of Power and Electrical Machines Engineering Had my project in the area of PLC, working on controlling the process of packing plant, with Grade: Excellent.
