My experience in the field of Mobile Telecommunication includes technical support, Installation, commissioning and acceptance testing, troubleshooting, Alarm monitoring co-ordination with different teams and technicians transmission engineers and help in proper execution and implementation of network, passionate about work, innovative hardworking and possess strong leadership capabilities
• Installing the full configuration for the 2G, 3G sites for ZTE technology and dealing with the software for the board to be suitable as the version of the BTS version.
• Change the configuration for the BTS as it’s required at the field and installing the site configuration and changes it at the server for both side OMCB and OMCR.
• Dealing with the BSC and RNC, troubleshooting, testing, upgrade.
• check the status of the board for BSC, RNC, and main board of the BTS by logging remotely to the specific board and do the full troubleshooting to test his status.
• Upgrade Preparations for BSC, RNC to ensure that the environment for the BSC, RNC is ready to verification the upgrade platform and pre-upgrade check.
• Follow the upgrade procedure that describe the operation step for upgrade including data backup, Log-service and OMMR version upgrade, iBSC version upgrade, all-data synchronization, and confirmation of upgrade success.
• monitor and analysis the performance data for the network and give some useful solution to ensure that the hardware will not be effected from any congestion or overload data also to help analyse and locate faults through querying counter.
• Fast learning capabilities and flexible changing in technical environment.
• Check for the BSS quality Assurance as per standard of Telenor 3G project.
• Periodic formal engagement with vender technical division for clear understanding of swap expectation at project level.
