Responsibilities :
• Installation of production units, quality test before production start-up.
• Direct all manufacturing operations, purchase of raw material, maintenance and the distribution of gypsum blocks.
• Preparation of the operational budget, return costs and technical offers.
• Train the sales team and support them in the preparation of offers.
• Continuous monitoring to improve productivity, quality and safety; as well as the reduction of waste, costs and delivery times.
• Implementation of safety and conformity practices with QMS requirements which resulted in obtaining the ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
• In charge of the recruitment and management of plant staff, identify needs and organize training for staff improvement.

• Obtaining the fire resistance certificate for gypsum blocks walls from Thomas Bell-Wright International Consultants (Jul. 2017).
• Obtaining the fire resistance certificate for the gypsum blocks walls of the civil defense of Ras Al Khaimah (Apr. 2018).
• Obtaining the product conformity certificate from the Dubai Central Laboratory (Oct. 2018).
Responsibilities:
• Installation of production units.
• Follow the electrical wiring activities, PLC INPUT/OUTPUT troubleshooting and Ladder program modification of MITSUBISHI MELSEC FX, SIEMENS S7-200.
• Test, modify HMI programs for SIEMENS Multi Panel Touch and MITSUBISHI GOT100, setup communication between PLC and HMI.
• Follow the pneumatic and hydraulic installations.
• Train production team, assist manufacturing operations, purchase of raw material and maintenance.
• Implementation of safety and conformity practices meets the QMS requirements.
• Control and finalize of industrial projects Analyze the results obtained and adjust the deviations (between projection and realization) that may exist by taking corrective actions.
• Follow all inspections, approvals of the executed works and ensure the delivery of the project.

• Installation of production units.
