I am constantly developing a strong cooperation with health professionals aiming at better controlling the expenses and providing better care. During my regular visits to doctors and/or pharmacists, I promote the Health Insurance recommendations. In addition to the action performed by the Medicine Consultants, I am largely contributing to make behaviors evolve regarding the drug prescriptions, for instance. In order to do so, I present strong and convincing arguments and answer to the various questions raised by the health professionals. At least, I bring advice on the regulatory and technical aspects, and I assure the interface with the internal Departments of the Health Insurance.
During this professional experience, my role consisted in contacting by phone the debtor, or meeting him face-to-face, to obtain the recovery of its debt to the creditor. The recovery of civil or commercial claims was acquired either by mutual agreement or by judicial means. I was also responsible for the management of over-indebtedness files.
