- Handling HR operation in UAE and KSA : Trade license, Insurance, Visa, contract, company’s expenses
- Planning, developing and implementing a proactive Talent acquisition strategy in alignment with our client’s needs.
- Managing the recruitment process from understanding the client’s need till the placement

Lay off due to Covid-19

Leading the recruitment of 8 Divisions (Retail, Healthcare, Environment, Contracting, Automotive, Fitness, Consumer, Support functions)
- Managing the hiring process: candidate selections, interviews, assessment center, drafting the employment contract, induction and on boarding new joiners
- Reviewing the budget for each new request before approval.
- Designing and reviewing Job description, recruitment toolImplementing in-house recruitment strategy to reduce the cost.
- handling HR admin: new candidate documents, work permit application

Handling the recruitment for 9 Region: GCC, Levant Countries, NA : liaising with the line manager to understand the job requirement till the on boarding
- implementing Saudization project: increase the quota by 35%
- maintaining company's recruitment page and job advertise, create and post job ads online
- Responsible for the training: assigning courses for each role, following with the new joiners - generating weekly report

The project consist of a new position of Pullman ( actuel Mercure Hotel ) on CDG airport area



+ In charge of managing the hotel's staff ( 90 salaries + Trainees )
+ Assisting in the preparation of evaluation and managing contrat
+ Participated in dismissal procedures
+ Developping project communication plans in coordination with Event & Communication department to inform about salaries : "The best salary of", birthdays, new arrival ... and creation of communication tools (newsletters, social networks)
+ Contributed to developing plan's training for all services : Ensure and provide follow up of administrative implementation process of training plans, elaboration of guides, reports, and training/animation material .
+ Participate in the improvement of the processes all of which the competence management process (Internal performance appraisal, competences development, training plans, internal
recruitments, induction program ...)

Hyperactiv is a subsidary of OmnicomMedia Group. It's a temporary work agency specialised in Marketing and Merchandising's jobs. We recruit the professionnel salaries to intervene for retail's operation mainly for CARREFOUR France. Hyperactiv can meet need for our clients : Mondelez, Unilever, J&J and Heinekein
