Review Client's technical documentation and requirements.
Participate in the Project Kick-off/Turnover meeting. 
Maintain and update RFI Log.
Prepare S.O.W. and technical specification for steel structure sub contract.
Prepare technical documentation for steel structure material requisition and assist the procurement dept. in the technical evaluations.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.

Supervise and manage erection team during installation of precast elements such as footing, columns, beams, wall panels and hollow core slabs following the approved erection drawings and lifting plan.
Follow-up management and technical supervision for each projects.
Issue the necessary programs of erection to each team with allocation of the required manpower and equipment.
Apply the approved erection method of statement and coordinate with planning and production team if any technical matters arising during the installation phase of the project.
Keep at all times a close relationship with project's Client and Consultant of the project for a proper coordination of the installation works.
Ensure effective operation of installation/construction procedures.
Ensure that health and safety policies and legislation are adhered.

 Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
 Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and assist in preparation of Minutes of Meetings.
 Monitors work in progress and prepares weekly report of the status of each assignment.
 Ensuring all procedures and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
 Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
 Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required
 Coordinates with all projects related personnel on day-today progress of work activities, procurement and operations to ensure timely completion of the project.
 Provide full support as required by the Management for all projects.

- Review all Management Documentation (Contract, Battery Limit, Inspection & Test Plan and recording documents, HSE Bridging Document…).
- Establishment of Contractual Schedule Project with necessary resources.
- Definition of the project breakdown structures.
Maintain up-to-date the project schedule.
- Preparation and issue of weekly and monthly reports for the Management and the Client including- Narrative part, Progress “S” Curves for overall and by discipline
- Monitor the progress and find the solution with construction superintendents to recovery the delay if necessary.
- Assist to get client approval of progress claimed or milestones achievement in order to enable invoicing.
- Invoicing responsible according to a monthly progress.
- Review all engineering drawing (Civil, Mechanical, Piping, E&I).
- Maintain a weekly meeting with Client in order to assure the planned progress.
- To monitor and control the project status to detect any delay and to propose corrective actions in order to mitigate risks and prevent any delay when assigned to project as and when necessary.
- To provide project feedback and lesson learned in order to improve the planning & scheduling methods

 Execution of site quality management system (QMS), plans and procedures required to manage and control the execution of the project i.e. from material receipt through to commissioning and start-up,
 Thorough understanding of Drawings, PFD’s, P.I.D’s, ISO’s, contract technical specifications and different engineering documents.
 Inspection and field supervision of mechanical activities, piping prefabrication and site erection
 Ensure that all inspections and tests are in accordance with approved project quality plans (PQP’s), quality control procedures, inspection and test plans (ITP’s), relevant codes, standards(ASME, API…), etc. including tightness and cleanliness of the installed systems.
 Visual inspection of carbon steel pipes for length, ovality, straightness, and common discontinuities as per the approved parameters set by API 5L/ client.
 Review of material test reports.
 Witnessing mechanical tests.
 Review of weld procedure specifications and procedure qualifications
 Witnessing welder’s performance qualifications.
 Witnessing NDE and performing visual examinations
 Provides early feedback to the Construction Head on any issues, potential delays or interface problems.
 Involvement in the preparation of tenders
 Compliance with all HSE policies and processes and HSE performance criteria.
