• Working as Owner representative (Partners Representative) & Owner Project advisor for Construction, upgrade, Operation and Maintenance of 2 X 150 MW units. (300 MW Thermal Power Plant $650 Million) in Erbil Iraq. With GEG Global
• Working on establishing long term service Agreement (LTSA) with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) like Siemens Energy, ABB, Emerson, BHI) etc. with GEG Global
• Managing internal and external communications with Iraqi Ministry of Electricity and Ministry of Oil . with GEG Global and Bena Research

• Project Manager for KBR ( British army)phase 1-2 (250 man Camp) in Erbil airbase including ( trenching, ditches, site drainage, sewage ( STP and sewage network) and potable water (WTP and water network) ( lines, electrical cabling, fence construction) and awarded phase 2-5 which includes ( cabin and CHUs fabrication, tents, mess hall, kitchen and offices, wet units, offices, etc) with Jana Group
• Project Advisor for KBR ( British Army) Zorbash Camp construction and upgrade including ( electrical system, fabrication and installation of 42 CHUs and cabins, earth works, concrete pads and shades, etc) with Jana Group .
• Project Management and Engineering Advisor of 2 ( 50 Meters X 14 meters) the biggest 2 airplane hangars in Erbil airbase. For ( US army task force and Corps of Engineering) we have delivered the project ahead of time and expected quality and standards. With Jana Group

• Representing many companies in contract negotiation and New technology acquisition in many international Oil and Gas and construction fairs (ADIPEC, IRAQ ENERGY FORUMS, BASRA ENERGY, EGYPT ENERGY, etc) this gave me a chance to be familiar with new technologies related to facilities construction and management .
• Managing day to day activities of Construction department and facility maintenance.

• reporting and auditing capital expenditure (Capex) and operation expenditure (Opex) for project team in Houston per EMCAPS (ExxonMobil capital project management system)
• working on (Capital efficiency) cost saving measures with contractors without risking project quality or time line, by finding other solutions which can provide the same level of quality and without any risk to either the contractor or the client.
• managing a team of 2 junior engineers, 3 HSE field monitors, 1 field environment coordinators and 3 logistics and warehouse supervisor.
• attending daily company operation meetings, weekly operation meeting and company monthly strategic meeting regarding companies goals and safety operation integrity management system and safety meeting .
• from 2019-2020 I was in charge of organizing and managing OIMS ( ExxonMobil operation integrity management systems ) on quarterly basis and setting Kurdistan safety and integrity goal and assessing previously set goals by other department, I was solely in charge of risk assessment and management element also incident investigation and ESG ( Emergency Support Group)
As the only Project Engineer in Kurdistan Exploration Project ($1.4B), I had a Major Role in Design, Construct, Test, Operate & Maintain and Restore of 5 Seismic Camps (600 to 1000 persons ) and 3 Drilling Camps in 6 different and difficult geological blocks in Kurdistan Region, Safely and with Zero incidences, Managing, Supervising and Coordinating between (45+) Different Contractors and Sub-Contractors, participating in early Steps of procurement Contracting and responsible for releasing work orders, Requisitions and Management of Change to the Contractors and Managing Contract cost and schedule. Responsible for ExxonMobil Capital Project Management System, Risk Management System, Incident investigation and Emergency Response team. As well as Assist in providing leadership to drive projects and ensure successful completion in line with prioritized objectives and appropriation requirements. which proudly received the highest appreciation Letter from ExxonMobil Exploration Manager for that Leadership Role.
MAIN DUTIES:
Taking the SSHE role (besides my role as project engineer) in the Health, Safety and Environment of EMKRIL office and fields. including advising contractors, reporting KPIs and environmental Data to Houston and government. Managing, reporting and organizing quarterly and yearly environmental samples.
Managing ExxonMobil contractors and sub-contractors. Issuing internal requisitions, work orders, Contract management, controlling cost and schedule of the projects and management of change.
Review contractor engineering plans, procedures, and procurement deliverables for consistency and with all aspects of the project and in compliance with execution plans and project standards. Drive improvement plans to close gaps in performance.
Champion on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractors.
Define and mitigate project issues.
Review deliverables for quality, compliance with contract requirements and consistency with other work products.
Design Camps and security facilities, office security upgrades (Red cloud, March system) in accordance with global security best practices.
Working side by side with global security in setting and upgrading security standards for ExxonMobil camps.
Supervising contractors and subcontractors on site and make sure their final product meets ExxonMobil agreed standards and scope of work.
Training contractors and subcontractor prior to contract award and during contract award to bring them into ExxonMobil level of expectation
Conducting seminars with HSE field monitors to contractor staff, to pass them Safety trainings, and in reach their safety culture and risk tolerance, starting with safety moments and clarifying the importance of safety . and involve them in ExxonMobil safety plans including setting personal safety goals
Managing contractor and subcontractor on site.
Supervising collection of samples
Controlling materials transfer to site and preparing construction daily reports
Making sure all types of necessary assessments have been conducted ( risk assessment, environment, UXO clearance, etc ) before starting of the work .
Make sure contractor is complying with environment impact assessment recommendation and hosting government regulations
Draft, Generate and Design of Drilling Camps, Supporting Camps and Engineering Infrastructure (Roads, Leach fields, water Pits, flyer pit, Bridge, Culverts, Concrete pads, Module Cabins, Waste segregation area, Guard tower, and Security Berm, Ditch, fence, Bunkers, Generator area, Water Treatment Systems, etc.) and ensure quality in execution.
Define and mitigate project issues.
Review deliverables for quality, compliance with contract requirements and consistency with other work products.
Design Camps and security facilities, office security upgrades (Red cloud, March system) in accordance with global security best practices.
Participated in most of the University of Sulaimanyah -Faculty of Engineering-Architecture Department research Center Studies (after been in Top 3 highest GPA), Collaborated with professionals and professors in Faculty of Engineering Consultancy Bureau in checking Residential and Commercial projects (Engineering and Drawing sets) On the other hand assisting professors and Teaching Classes with them granted me more Academic knowledge and
