Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Establish HR annual Business Plan in line with the company strategic objectives and targets.
Advise and coach managers on organizational policies, procedures and recommend needed changes.
Maintain and update policies, procedures and ensure all HR functions are consistently executed, aligned with organizational strategic objectives and are in compliance with applicable laws and legislative changes.

Manage executing various HR functions; recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & Development, and employee relations and ensure that these functions are executed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Control HR Budget through daily monitoring for HR activities.
Run day to day HR administration duties ( leaves, timesheet and payroll management)
Update & Maintain employees’ records & Data.
Ensure abiding to the government affairs (EGPC” Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation”-Labor Offices - Social Insurance Offices - Industrial security) through providing them with all required documents to avoid legal penalties.
Improve using of HR Analytics & ratios for effective decision making process.
Establish functions procedures with the agreed SLA “Service Level Agreement”.
Recruitment & Selection:
Manage the overall processes for external and internal Recruitment and Selection.
Create a pool of talented human capital internally & externally. Oversee the entire recruitment process. Prepare employment offers & Conduct interviews to clarify their package (Financial & non-financial). Conduct exit interviews with the resigning employees to determine reasons of resignation for reducing the turnover ratio.
Manage orientation program for the new comers (onboarding program) and reorientation for existing employees.
Training & Development:
Improve continually organization’s talent frameworks, tools and resources for talent planning, performance management and employee development.
Develop and enhance learning and development strategies, policies to maximize the skills’ set of each employee so that they can deliver the objectives of their posts effectively and efficiently.
Performance Management:
Maintain & develop Performance Management strategy.
Manage and oversee the all performance management processes, and procedures and ensure that they are aligned with the overall organization strategic objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
Analyse and update compensation, benefits programs continually to ensure its competitiveness with the market and their compliance with legal requirements.
Oversee administration of various compensation & benefits programs (medical care programs, pension plans).
Monitoring the salary structure and benefits, balancing cost control to attract and retain staff.

Performing professional human resource services such as Resourcing, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and organizational development. Develop HR policies and procedures whenever required, and follow-up legal issues related to human resources. Ensure compliance of policies & procedures with Labor Law. Run day to day HR administration duties ( leaves, timesheet and payroll management). Design the organizational structure to meet current and future business needs. Conduct Job Analyses, Update job descriptions and specifications and identify job competencies. Perform recruitment process; review, evaluate employee qualifications and conducting HR technical interviews & pre-final interviews. Prepare employment offers for new hires regarding job grade & salary structure then Conduct interviews to clarify their package (Financial & non-financial). Prepare & conduct Orientations programs for new employees to clarify Company Policies & procedures, Organization chart and Employees rights & Commitments. Conduct investigation interviews and take corrective& legal actions up to termination. Conduct exit interviews with the resigned employees. Carry out the training and development function processes by granting proper sessions, workshops and seminars for staff, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; determine changes to be considered. Supervise Payroll administration (Over time, Leaves, Loans and Deductions according to the Law). Develop, and establish performance management system in coordination with line managers and recommend actions concerning (Merit Increase, Promotion, Transfer, and Training Needs up to termination decision). Monitor employee absenteeism, highlight critical cases, and find solutions. Ensure keeping all HR record up-dated (Data Base, Job Description, Vacation Balance, Penalties records and Employees salary development forms). Develop internal communication strategies to keep all departments informed on critical issues, policies and procedures. Manage HR department’s budget. Initiate the digitizing process of HR Department toward the paper-less status. Responsible for the training process of employees’ company on the usage of IBM Lotus Notes software.
