presentations for multiple prospective acquirers.
• After HDI Sigorta A.S. (Talanx Group) acquired Liberty Sigorta A.S., led post-close IT integration and operating
model alignment with HDI and Talanx group standards.
• Oversaw production support for the Winsure core insurance platform and coordinated disaster recovery testing.
• Delivered integrations between subsidiary applications and the core platform using in-house and third-party
solutions.

• Led a team of 10 system analysts; managed core-system projects and vendor developers (7-11 developers on site).
• Production support for Winsure; planned and coordinated core-system disaster recovery (DR) tests under business
continuity programs.
• Provided subsidiary systems with in-house and third-party integration solutions.

• Led Winsure core system replacement program, phase 2.

• Led five analysts and outsourced SSP developer teams (3-6 developers) on core insurance software (INSURE/90 on
IBM i).
• Production support for the core insurance system; supervised IBM i developers.
• From June 2010 to April 2012, led requirements for claims, collection, finance, underwriting, and reinsurance under
a core replacement program; coordinated testing stages and environments; after UAT, managed migration and
deployment as project manager.

• Developed insurance systems on IBM i using RPG; policies, claims, and customer relationship processes.
• Integrated insurance databases with external systems; coding in ILE RPG, CL, and DB2 on AS/400.
• Improved performance for high-volume workloads; tested and maintained applications for stability.
