▪ Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes or structures.
▪ Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and
reliably.
▪ Assisting team members with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Establishing project goals.
▪ Identifying and solving problems in building plans, prototypes, and structures.
▪ Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
Participating in site visits.
▪ Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
▪ Reading, interpreting, and explaining complex technical documents.
Consulting with clients on building projects.
▪ Submitting all required documents for project licenses through Municipal e-Permitting Sustyem ( Meps)
Architectural Designer
▪ Advising clients in the rules of municipality and working on it.
▪ Preparing and presenting design proposals to the client.
▪ Preparing multi-planning designs.
▪ Follow up on municipality updates and comments.
▪ Managing financial budgets and deadlines as specified to the client.
Architect DESIGNER TRAINEE
▪ Coordination with other discipline to ensure the project processes in the right way.
▪ Giving technical support and advice to the ongoing project staff in specified architects matter.
▪ Applying all and practical knowledge in the field.
