Preparing salary certificates, reference letters and loan letters as per the Company policy
Responsible to issue reward and training certificates
Arrange Insurance Card for new employees & cancel for the leavers
Claims Processing for amounts that are paid due to usage of non-network clinics/ hospitals, liaising with both the employee and the insurance company
Monitor the time attendance for all employees
Review discount requests and hand over the necessary documentation to the payroll department prior to the payroll deadline
Collate uniform requests from all the stores and check whether in line with the Company guidelines
Collating passport requests and ensure necessary approvals are obtained prior to releasing and monitoring the same
