Position: HR Officer

Job Description: • Preparing salary certificates, reference letters and loan letters as per the Company policy
• Responsible to issue reward and training certificates
• Arrange Insurance Card for new employees & cancel for the leavers
• Claims Processing for amounts that are paid due to usage of non network clinics/ hospitals, liaising with both the employee and the insurance company
• Monitor the time attendance for all employees
• Review discount requests and hand over the necessary documentation to the payroll department prior to the payroll deadline
• Collate uniform requests from all the stores and check whether in line with the Company guidelines
• Collating passport requests and ensure necessary approvals are obtained prior to releasing and monitoring the same
• Organize ceremony & events as per the requirements of the Company -employee of the month, employee of the year, long service awards and special awards
• Other responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
