Supervise a small number of personnel at the Al Jaber Air Base FCA and calibrate a variety of test equipment used to support the F18 aircraft for the Kuwaiti Air Force (KAF). Equipment such as TS- 3860 Guidance Missile Test Sets, ADTS405 Air Data Test Sets and other avionic test sets. Review and correct each technician’s paperwork. Assist Kuwait Air Force staff in renovating facility.

Calibrate and repair a variety of different test equipment for the Kuwaiti Air Force (KAF) and private industry. Review and correct each technician’s paperwork, perform weekly safety inspections including tools and submit monthly safety reports to the PMEL program manager.

Calibrate and repair a variety of different test equipment for the private industry such as MTS force stands, torque arms, force gauges, digital multimeters, temperature controllers, surface plates, pressure gages, and more. Perform onsite calibrations as well.

Calibrated and trained the Royal Air Force of Oman( RAFO) PMEL personnel to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair jet engine test cells, temperature indicators, thermometers, pressure gages/indicators, vacuum gages/indicators, digital multimeters, missile test sets, IRF target simulators, ECS, EPU, Fuel Gage test sets and many other items in the physical dimensional section of the RAFO calibration center in Thumrait, Oman.
Performed Quality Assurance duties to ensure technicians were adhering to regulations, USAF K procedures, RAFO ESIs, and RAFO local base requirements.
Maintained secondary pressure, vacuum, and temperature standards by use of primary DHI & Ruska piston gauge systems, and SPRT standards.
Created memos for the RAFO PMEL supervision on various subjects such as shipping items 4th line and advice notes to various shops.
Advised RAFO PMEL management personnel on improving PMEL efficiency and effectiveness.
Advised RAFO management on how to successfully transfer operations to new facility near SEEB with minimal impact on production.
Inventoried PMEL Thumrait’s assets and resolved inventory issues with RAFO supply.

Installed Fluke Metrack inventory software and created inventory database.
Installed the U.S. Air Force Calibration Authority Viewer (AFCAV) software and software updates.
Performed liaison duties between the US Air Force Primary Standards Laboratory (AFPSL) FMS office and RAFO PMEL in regards to tracking items that AFPSL is authorized to calibrate and resolving deficient calibration issues.
Developed a list of standards that would improve RAFO PMEL’s physical dimensional capabilities and was successful in acquiring all the items listed.
