I am currently the Analytics Manager for the Small Business Banking division. I drive customer insights, profitability measures & giving deep dive insights to senior stakeholders.

•Preparing the Weekly/Quarterly Sales MI & Risk scorecards for Retail Network & Lenders

•Preparation of workflows & basic flowchart models in Excel.
• Preparation of Executive Management Report (EMR) including detailed commentary on various variances i.e. Expenses, Headcount, etc. All based on Hyperion Essbase.
• Preparation of various 2 tier reports for EMR viz. Productivity, Projects, Business Growth.
• Allocations reporting (both inwards & outwards)
• FOREX hedge reporting & MDR reporting. Worked on SAPCO for reporting.
Successfully devised a “Clear All” process with technical help which reduced time taken for the WD1 activity from 2 days to 4 hours with a 100% success rate
Finance Division
Achievements & Recognitions:
•Actively involved in Cost Saving Initiatives (developed a report which the Senior Management derive benefits from till date in terms of where they can possible save on costs)

•Managed the Budgets for Tata Realty & its subsidiaries on a monthly/quarterly basis.
•Actively involved in Statutory Audit of Tata Realty & its subsidiaries including finalization of accounts
IT/Ops Reporting Team
Achievements & Recognitions:
•Received a spot award for rectifying an error thus reducing the impact by $500k.
•Improvised the SW expenses process by utilizing MS Excel functions to provide accurate, error free nos. & reducing time from 8 hours to 2 hours.
•MIS schedules reaching the various division heads & they receiving in depth analysis of the costs attached to their divisions.

•Managed the Budget Transfers for IT division on a monthly basis.
•Management reporting to various Divisional heads via Hyperion Essbase reporting & Cognos reporting.
