•Outlined various improvement & optimization initiatives including:
•IGPMM initiative, technology and sustainability for gate 1, 2 and 3
•VIPP initiative, developed the waste minimization procedure
•Successfully managed the assessment from PE&S to investigate the reason for high deference in cost estimates between +-40% cost estimate and PDP cost estimate for Ibn Rush Waste water Technical Assessment
•Provided leadership to T&I to develop the PDP for LLDPE (increased capacity) for Yosemite Project
•Successfully drove several project assessments including:
•SPADIC assessment to ensure the polymer lab design is safe (dust explosion hazard)
•STM- J/D Risk Assessments leads to changes in design to avoid safety issues.
•PPE project (Netherlands) responsible for process section to find the root cause for high number of change order and for project delay

Deliverables
•Acted as SPOC for Exxon and Sabic for technology matters
•Removed reactor insulation to improve the cooling capacity and increase to increase the production rate by 1.5 T/Hr
•Led a study with KFU PM to understand the reactor fluidization by changing the reactor inlet design
Improved the Laboratory capability from Off line to online measurement
•Enhanced the accuracy by upgrading the lab equipment to reduce customer complaints
