• Develop the Human Resources Department of the company.
- Worked on the Oracle project in the company, building HR transaction into Oracle.
- Oversee the development of annual HR workforce plan, recruitment requirements and succession
plan. (Define the Company’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs
with department managers and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs.)
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, employee’s evaluation & provide regular
feedback on performance to the Management.
- Building the HR policies and ensures that the Company’s overall human resources policies, rules,
regulations and procedures comply with Saudi Labor Law.
- Building the HR Database and making sure it’s completed.
- Assist management with the development and implementation of Saudization strategy.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures comply with KSA Labor Law.
• Leading the HR Department team, supervise them work and review their daily work and provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow.
• Payroll: Fully responsible payroll from start-up until transfer to the finance department for the payment
