Treasury and Cash Management
• Overseeing an estimate of SR 15 M cash management funds daily.
• Managing a loan portfolio of an estimated SR 3.5 billion.
• Managing Group’s cash fund accounts and loan portfolios, commercial loans, and working
capital requirements.
• Enforcing regulations, policies & procedures across all transactions.
• Monitoring the organization’s financial position to ensure competitive advantage through
adequate and timely liquidity to meet current and future financial needs.
• Preparing and maintaining Group’s cash flows and cash flows analysis, and interface with
Management and financial controller function.
• Handling, processing and maintaining LC’s, BG’s and verifying all costs are in line with facility agreements.
• Maintaining and administrating the financing agreements.
• Overseeing loan portfolios, utilizations, repayments schedule and ensuring that each facility is in compliance with financing agreements.
• Providing excellent customer service and promptly attending to lenders’ queries.

• Monitoring and evaluation of new opportunities for banking products.
• Adhering to financing agreements by ensuring prompt funding and cash availability.
• Managing the banking authorities, payments signatories, mandates and ensure they comply
with the Group’s Delegation of Authority matrix. • Identify cost savings and value creation opportunities from Treasury & Banking perspective.
• Managing and direct the Cashier in the day to day duties (including managing the petty cash
process and managing all bank statement reconciliations).
• Participate in year-end closing tasks and preparation of documents needed for audit
requirements.

Zakat and Tax
• Assist tax advisor in preparing annual zakat declarations by filling our required schedules and
preparing requested breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely filing and settlement of annual zakat.
• Prepare working and file retention release letters and to keep records of that.
• Prepare monthly withholding tax returns in light of the regulations, GAZT interpretations, and best business practices.
• Ensure timely filing of monthly returns and settlement of liability.
• Review agreements with vendors and partners to advise on applicable withholding tax rates.
