• Maintains staff by initial screening, selection, shortlisting, initial interviews, and functional interviews in coordination with the hiring managers.
• Ensures a perfect onboarding program in coordination with ERs Manager and all concerned departments along with the further orientation program (PERFECT FIRST DAY/IMPRESSION).
• Plan and conduct new hire orientation to familiarize employees with company policies and practices and assure alignment with company values.
• Review the company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfil staffing needs.
•Review content and placement of job postings & advertisements (internally & externally) on selected hosts and plan and coordinate open days.
• Build relationships (colleges, institutes, job fairs) and related venues as part of creating recruiting channels.
• Coordinates with the Training and Recruitment & ERs Manager to ensure that all job descriptions as well as company internal regulations and policies are in place and remain current and accurate.
• Conducts stay interviews, if need be, to ensure a perfect work environment is in place.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Responsible for initiating follow-up and update of the Org Chart including vacancies.
• Cross-functioning with all HR activities
• Responsible for the whole recruitment process. • Develop and implement an Onboarding program for the new employees
• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Assist the HR Manager with the recruitment process.
• Participation in the onboarding program for new employees
• Administer health insurance programs.
• Responsible for the job announcement, collecting CVs, shortlisting, contacting candidates, and arranging the interviews.
• Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
• Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
• Follow up with attendance for all company employees.
• Making the investigation and Warnings.
• Add, delete and issue the losing allowance for all medical insurance.
• Adding all the vocations on manual system and arranging the settlement.
• Receiving recruitment requests from all department
• Make sure that all requests are approved and within the budget.
• Make sure that all departments achieve its saudization target
• Add posts and advertise for vacant positions if needed
• Receiving and filtering applicants CV’s
• Phone screening candidates
•Arrange for the interviews with concerned departments.
• Attend all the interviews representing HR department.

• Complete all necessary procedures and documents for newly hired employees.
• Provide all necessary assistance for new employees
• Follow up with concerned department after completion of the preparation period for new employee's performance.
• Manage the replacement of resigned employees
