Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for the IKK Group of Companies' long-term goals.
Responsible for the life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Responsible for assisting the recruiting team in scheduling/coordinating a wide variety of interviews across the group and working closely with senior talent acquisition partners to deeply understand hiring needs, and develop creative sourcing and hiring strategies to build strong pipelines.
Responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Recruitment Team in the Staffing Services Department by maintaining databases with candidates’ information and keeping the hiring process smooth and ensuring recruitment and retaining high-performing employees.
