Duties and responsibilities:

o Operation Engineering and Support in RO Plants, STP, Water Network and AC Plants & Network:
*Conducting site visits and vendors meetings to improve treatment of water and to identify operational problems and priorities.
*Preparation of process designs for water treatment plants including pre-chlorination, aeration, pH adjustment, sand filtration, Carbon Filtration, membrane filtration.
*Options studies involving the preparation of designs for alternative process solutions.
*Monthly Quality Check for the water wells, Raw Water and Drinking Water.
*P&ID Preparation for water treatment and wastewater treatment processes.
*Chlorination System design.
*Design for installation of new Pumps, Valves and Flowmeters.

o Maintenance Engineering & Planning in RO Plants, STP, Water Network and AC Plants & Network.

o Project Engineering:
* Upgrade H2S Monitoring and Ventilation Systems in RT Community.
* Expanding STP of RT..
* Environmental Empact Assessment of Expanding Outfall of STP in RT.
* Replace 3 Transformers in RT Community.
*Upgrade RO Units in RT RO Plant.

o Environment Engineering:
* Worked along with EPD on developing Water Conservation Road Map Program and Wastewater Management.

developing and optimizing economical industrial processes to make the huge range of products on which modern society depends.

Responsibilities involve designing equipment, understanding the reactions taking place, installing control systems, and starting, running and upgrading the processes.

Typical work activities include:

- designing, installing and commissioning new production units, monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes.

- applying the principles of mass, momentum and heat transfer to process and equipment design, including conceptual, scheme and detail design.

- preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts.

- assuming responsibility for risk assessment, including hazard and operability (HAZOP) studies, for the health and safety of both company staff and the wider community.

- Other Duties:
* Creating and developing PFDs.
* Creating and developing P&IDs.
* Creating and developing LDTs.
* Line sizing and hydraulic calculations performing.
* Pump sizing calculations.
* Simulating the processes.
* Writing scopes of work.
* Creating and verifying Cause and Effect Diagrams.
* Aspen Hysys Modeling.
* Estimating Man-hours.
* Conducting HAZOP sessions.
* Estimating Project Deliverables.
