- Maintain merchandising and store standards at all times adhering to brand guidelines
- Manage stock loss ensuring it is within the agreed target. Organize stock counts; reconcile any stock shortages. Put measures in place to minimize theft. Ensure that goods received into and dispatched from stores are checked and any discrepancies resolved
- Ensure the SOP of the company implminted at the stores.
- Demonstrate collaboration by working effectively with your peers, business partners and others to drive a big-picture business performance and create a positive cooperative working environment
- Duty to make new agreements with new national and multinational companies for distribution of products.
- Support Sales team regarding sales and marketing and to achieve their monthly targets.
- Ensure timely supply to the market by maintaining timely schedule.
- Correspondence with distributor sales team for booking and supplies.
- Motivate, develop, direct, coach, support and delegate to the team, monitoring their performance to achieve store targets
- Regular review of sales performance and consistently looking for opportunities to improve sales
- Ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, grooming and professional conduct are maintained at all times.
- Coordinate and conduct stock intake in warehouses
- Review and reconciling stock variances.
- Review transactions for discrepancies and ensure cash register balances are accurate, seeking to resolve any issues for discrepancies in line with Company policy.
- Meet financial objectives by preparing and reviewing store budgets, expenditures and variances
- Prepare management information reports to ensure relevant information is provided as support for operational decision-making processes.
- Oversee cash transaction entry and management (petty cash, POS cash elements, change floats).
- Regularly audit own store administration and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and review store reports on sales, commercial profit and stock ageing (slow moving, fast moving and non-moving items)

.- Stay connected with company's top management regarding sales and new launches.

- Ensure that sales advisors are securing and closing sales effectively and quickly providing relevant training when needed. - Provide feedback both from customers and the store teams to consistently improve the business.

- Manages attendance, staffing levels and schedules the duty Rota ensuring it complies with the employee rules and regulations

- Solve critical concerns raised by customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction and communicating these with staff if required to avoid repetition Leads by example, ensuring that excellent customer service is provided by the store team at all times. Ensure all customer issues are dealt with effectively, promptly and that a successful conclusion is reached.

- Check the inventory level of all the keeping in view of their daily and monthly average sales.
- Weekly audit of the ware houses with computer generated statements of the distribution.
- Supervise assistants' & Store keepers' works
- Document control of all removable Asset Care and related documentation
- Prepare daily feedback of schedules
- report shortages, averages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment to ensure continued operations and avoid product or inventory shortages
- Responsible for classifying, labeling and warehousing all inventories for future use
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels and location for easy retrieval
- Responsible for communicating with all department managers and purchasing on inventory levels and locations.
- Maintain a record of all transfers and disposal
- Implement and follow a control system to reduce damage, breakage and inventory obsolescence
- Supervise the complete physical inventory counts as required by company policy
- Assists in loss prevention and with any investigation when required
- Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their job purpose, as required by their department head from time to time
- Offer quality customer service to all customers and ensure this is replicated throughout the store
- Implements a high standard of customer focus within the store
- Regularly assesses customer service standards within store
- Ensure customer needs are met and complaints/queries are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate stock merchandise and management (stock ageing, stock loss, space management) within the store.
